      install NVIDIA drivers (if needed):

         sudo nvidia-xconfig --preserve-busid --enable-all-gpus
      sudo systemctl isolate multi-user.target

      choose lightdm
set up VNC:
   vncpasswd
   vncserver
   vncserver -kill :1
   vim .vnc/xstartup

start noVNC:
